Stable Performance Small Size 16V 100UF Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitor
An aluminum electrolytic capacitor is made of an aluminum cylinder as the negative electrode, which is filled with a liquid electrolyte, and a bent aluminum strip is inserted as the positive electrode. It also needs to be treated with DC voltage to form a layer of oxide film on the positive electrode as a medium. It is characterized by large capacity, but large leakage, poor stability, and positive and negative polarity. It is suitable for power filtering or low-frequency circuits. When using, do not reverse the positive and negative poles.
Aluminum electrolytic capacitors have the following characteristics:
①The capacitance per unit volume is particularly large, and the price per unit capacity is the lowest.
② Aluminum electrolytic capacitors are polarized.
③The dielectric constant is relatively large, generally 7~10.
④The capacity error is large, the loss is large, and the leakage current is large, and the capacity and loss will change with the change of temperature.
⑤The working temperature range is narrow, only suitable for working in the temperature range of -20℃~+50℃.
⑥The working voltage is low, generally 6.3-400V.
⑦The price is not expensive.
